The new server is setup as 2003 server standard, and is the PDC. The DNS server encountered error 32 attempting to load zone 1.16.172.in-addr.arpa from Active Directory. This Dns Server Encountered Error 32 Attempting To Load Zone error code has a numeric error number and a technical description. I don't think I need TrustAnchors in my environment, and it seems like something that was installed by default when I enabled DNS services on this machine.

I am also encountering the same error.. Are you getting any other errors in any of the event logs?
