This process of elimination leads me to believe the problem is software related. OEM disks usually just mean that you cannot transfer the license between computers. Also tryed Windows XP - the same problem. I'm using XP Pro Volume License Media direct from Microsoft. You might want to add this to your FAQ list. I think that means the CD is OK.
